PROCESSING TIME

Each Earthly Tallow order is prepared with care. We typically process orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, promotions, or times of increased order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Please keep in mind that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order and is separate from shipping time. Choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up transit time once your order has been shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Earthly Tallow is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived or appears to be missing, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make updates if your order has not yet been shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully package every order, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to review the issue and work toward a solution, including a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
